Conversation with Alex Wong

Alex is Senior Strategy Advisor and Lead, Giga, in the Telecommunication Development Bureau with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).  He is working on a number of issues that relate closely to PCI, and can provide some reflections on opportunities for the ITU now that Doreen Bogdan-Martin is Sec Gen elect.  He is closely affiliated with the programs Partner to Connect (P2C), Giga (connecting every school to the Internet), and EQUALs (a global partnership to bridge the digital gender divide)  PCI can be a strong supporter and partner for the ITU going forward.
