You are cordially invited to attend the 2021 EQUALS in Tech Awards, to be held virtually within the context of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF 2021). Please join us as we recognize the five award winners whose work this year was so inspiring in bridging the gender digital divide. We will join together as a community to celebrate success stories from around the world, share lessons learned and highlight inspiring, impactful work.  

The EQUALS in Tech Awards is the annual flagship event of the EQUALS Global Partnership, a multistakeholder initiative co-founded by: ITU, UN Women, UN University, GSMA and ITC. This ceremony celebrates and recognizes exceptional and promising initiatives focused on achieving the gender digital divide. This year, we received more than 155 nominations in our five categories: Access, Skills, Leadership in Tech, Leadership in SMEs and Research.   

Attendance is open to all! We encourage you to invite your friends, colleagues and role models to join the celebration and be part of our community and network.
