5th US India Conference at UC Berkeley Haas - register for free

About Conference

AIMA – the apex body for management in India is a not for profit, non-lobbying body, with a mandate of furthering the management profession in India – has traditionally been organising an annual US-India Conference in partnership with Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley and the Consulate General of India in San Francisco. The Conference would be addressed by key speakers from industry and thought leaders from both India and the US. The audience would comprise of corporate executives, members of key US-India trade and economic bodies, professionals, academicians and students.

This year, the conference is scheduled for 11th October 2022 at the Spieker Forum, UC Berkeley Campus and the theme of the Conference is ‘US-India Partnership: A new paradigm in a changed world’.

The world has changed quickly and dramatically, and it demands new orientations and alignments from the world’s major economies. India and US need each other more than ever in the emerging world order because of radical political, economic and technological transformation. Trade and security cooperation is becoming more complex and complicated and the leaders in the two countries need to find new models of bilateral ties. India and the US must work out ways to coordinate their agenda and actions to shape the next world order to ensure mutual and global prosperity and peace.

The 5th US-India Conference is being supported by Institute for South Asia Studies, UC Berkeley and TiE and will highlight the bilateral and global opportunities available to the two countries and explore areas of mutual co-operation in the new world order.
