Women in Tech Conference on May 12 and 13, 2022

May 11, 2022 - May 12, 2022

Equal opportunities in the working world of the IT sector need a cultural change in companies. The Hasso Plattner Institute’s first Women in Tech conference creates a stage for strong voices to speak up about biases and hurdles in corporate structures and become vocal about the challenges and the change needed.

The future is a joint project, all genders are welcome at our conference. The conference is aimed at students, young professionals, employees and employers – in short, for anyone who would like to join in the discussion and seek inspiration for their own career path or leadership tasks.

We want to show that modern leadership and the working world of tomorrow can provide the right environment for all who strive to shape a diverse and inclusive digital future.

Together we want to discuss the work culture in the IT industry and drive a necessary change to create the basis for a working world that empowers all genders with equal opportunities. To this end, we invite experts to speak about modern leadership in IT companies, about start-ups and self-employment, about new work and remote work, about family compatibility and part-time leadership positions.
