At a recent event co-sponsored by Foreign Affairs Magazine and the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center, Council on Foreign Relations member, Dr. David Bray, Executive Director of People Centered Internet (PCI), gave a closing keynote on a program focused on Public Sector Chief Information Officers and their evolving role, challenges, and opportunities, in the rapidly changing world.
