On December 10th, 2018, Constellation Research will host a historic
event with several of the Internet pioneers, the People-Centered
Internet coalition, the United Nations, as well as the next generation of
positive #ChangeAgents. The focus will be on Our People-Centered
Digital Future, specifically recognizing that by December 10th, 2018,
almost 50% of the world will have access to the Internet just as the
world also celebrates the 70th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration
of Human Rights by the United Nations.
Our early Internet pioneers choose to convene at this event to not only
share the lessons of how we got here, but more importantly where we
need to go for the next 50 years. In fact, they believe that humanity
has a historic opportunity to complete the unfinished aspirations of the
Internet. While we must provide access to every human to the
Internet, we must also maintain our human rights in this digital era.
Together, we can demonstrate a better way forward for the Internet
by championing positive #ChangeAgents.
