In January 2018, the UN agency, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) launched the report on ICTs, LDCs and the SDGs: Achieving universal and affordable Internet in the least developed countries on the opportunities to make progress in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 in the most vulnerable countries in the world.
